We build this 20 oz travel mug with double wall stainless steel to slow heat transfer through the sides. The outer shell stays dry while holding hot coffee or iced tea. A welded side handle gives you a firm grip, and the clear slider lid lets you drink straight from the opening or drop in a straw.

How this one is built

Double wall vacuumThe space between the two stainless steel walls is pulled to a vacuum. Hot drinks stay warm and cold drinks stay chilled without transferring heat or moisture out to the exterior surface.
Welded side handleWe attach a rigid handle directly to the tumbler body. It gives you a steady grip on a full 20 oz pour so your fingers stay off the metal wall entirely.
Slider lid and strawsThe clear press-on lid uses a silicone gasket and a sliding tab over the drink port. You can sip straight through the opening or run one of the two included straws through the slot.
