Where the order goes

A button marked for the store opens that bottle on our retail partner’s own page. The basket, the payment, the address and the confirmation all happen there, under their account and their rules. We never see the order and we are never told it happened.

Who sets the speed and the cost

Delivery options, carriage charges and any threshold that waives them are set by our retail partner and vary by address and by the day. Whatever the store shows you at checkout is the arrangement; a figure quoted anywhere else, including here, would be out of date before you read it.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are issued by the carrier and shown in the store account that placed the order. We cannot look one up, cannot hurry a parcel along and cannot redirect one. Writing to us about a late box costs you a day.

If it arrives broken

Glass travels well in the box it ships in, but accidents happen. Photograph it before anything else and open a claim with our retail partner from the order page. They replace and reimburse; we can only tell you which part you are looking at and whether it comes on its own.

What we can still do

Tell you what is in the box before you order it. Which lids ship with which line, whether a straw is included, what the sleeve is made of, and which sizes share a neck. Ask us that and the answer is worth having.
