Are the lids interchangeable between sizes?
Within a line, yes — sizes in one line share a neck, so a lid from the 32 oz goes onto the 40 oz. Across lines they do not. A steel three-lid neck and a glass straw-lid neck are not cut the same.
Which bottles keep water cold?
The steel ones. A double wall vacuum body holds cold up to 24 hours. Glass bodies have no vacuum at all and take room temperature with them; the sleeve line slows that down but does not stop it.
Is there a glass gallon?
No. The gallon and the 64 oz jug at the top of the range are steel only. Glass runs from 24 oz to 64 oz.
Can the straw be taken out to wash?
On two of our lines the straw lifts clear of the lid so the channel can be rinsed on its own. On the others the straw stays with the lid and is washed in place. The card for each bottle says which.
What are the hour marks for?
Two of the glass lines carry a printed scale down the body so you can see how far through a fill you are. They are a reminder, not a measurement to cook with.
How many colours does a bottle come in?
It depends on the line and the size, from a single finish up to 17. A card shows 8 and counts the rest; open the bottle to see them all.
Why do two sizes show the same rating?
Because the store counts reviews per line rather than per size. Every size off one line inherits the same score and the same review count. We show it as the store keeps it rather than splitting it up and inventing precision.
Is the price on the card the price I pay?
It is where that bottle starts. Finishes are priced separately and our retail partner moves them without notice, so the figure at their checkout is the one that counts.
Can I buy directly from this site?
No. There is no basket here and no payment. Every buy button opens the bottle on our retail partner’s page, and the purchase happens there.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. The address on this site is a desk for post. Nothing is stocked there and there is nothing to try on a shelf.
